One of our clients in Morristown, NJ is looking for a Help Desk Support Technician.Title: Help Desk Support TechnicianDuration: Long-termHourly: $25 per hour (W2)Scope:Looking for Level 2 Engineer with Ticketing experienceThe FE will complete the following work onsite:Provide support L1/L2 and basic troubleshootingHands-on experience with imagingExperience with troubleshooting Apple productsRequired Skills:At least 5-7 years of Level 1/2 Support experience with Windows Operating systemsHands-on experience with Ticket experienceExperience with Imaging, SCCM, Active Directory and 365 suites would be a huge plusExperience in providing support to Desktop, Laptop, Hardware and Software
