Location: Beaverton, Oregon (Open to remote work except in South Dakota, Vermont, and West Virginia).The annual base salary for this position ranges from $199,200.00 in our lowest geographic market to $471,100.00 in our highest geographic market. Our ideal candidate has experience building and leading cybersecurity teams and is proactive, collaborative, and experienced in delivering policy, processes, tools, and technology at a global scale.WHAT WILL YOU WORK ONCultivate a diverse high-performing team of enterprise-wide engaged leaders.Govern Nike’s ability to mitigate technology disruption through recovery planning, solutioning, and exercises.Lead recovery activation processes, orchestrating and transitioning to recovery infrastructure.Deliver and execute recovery solutions for a complex infrastructure including systems that support Nike.com.Drive platform architecture and recovery strategies in collaboration with Nike Technology leadership.WHO WILL YOU WORK WITHYou will report to the Vice President of Corporate Information Security, Risk & Compliance and coordinate with cross-functional strategies across Global Technology and NIKE Inc.WHAT YOU BRING15+ years’ work experience in a senior leadership role within an information security and risk management function.10+ years of relevant work experience in information security or similar functions.Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or business administration.Strong understanding of global regulations, privacy and data protection laws, and cybersecurity best practices.Critical SkillsStrategic leader with a successful track record of driving change and delivering high-quality results.Experience operating in a complex, federated global organization.Successful track record of partnership across organizations.Ability to influence others and maintain trust and credibility.Excellent communications and presentation skills.Experience facilitating Executive Leadership meetings.Impeccable professional standards and expectations.Professional demeanor to consult with and influence stakeholders.NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
