Product Manager, SeniorKey Role:Build products from existing ideas, help develop new ideas based on industry experience and provide a unique blend of business and technical savvy with a big-picture vision. Work with a technical product owner to define product release requirements, work with a product marketing manager to define the go-to-market strategy, and work with a sales team to provide guidance on product positioning. Provide valuable customer feedback for product development and serve as the internal and external evangelist for the product, including interacting with customers, the media, and Booz Allen's 20,000+ person consulting force. Manage the entire product line life cycle from strategic planning to tactical activities and specify market requirements for the products by conducting market research supported by ongoing visits to customers and non-customers. Drive a solution set across development, marketing, and sales teams through market requirements, product contract, and positioning. Develop and implement a firm-wide go-to-market strategy, analyze potential partner relationships for the product, and communicate strategy to a team of executive sponsors and incorporate their feedback into the go-to-market strategy.Basic Qualifications:5+ years of experience with product managementKnowledge of software product developmentAbility to obtain a secret clearanceBachelor's degreeAdditional Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in CS or Engineering preferred; Master's degree in Business Administration a plusClearance:Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.CompensationAt Booz Allen, we celebrate your contributions, provide you with opportunities and choices, and support your total well-being. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
