Length of Contract: 13 weeks Contract

Setting: Outpatient

Patient Type: Adult and Geriatric Patients

Shift: Days (Sunday - Thursday or Tuesday - Saturday 8:30 am 5:00 pm)

Hours: 40 hours per week - 5x 8hr shifts

2 years of Outpatient experience required

Outpatient Pediatric Evals and some outpatient Adult evals if needed. Mostly Peds - Swallow study videos
