As an HR Generalist/Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in providing comprehensive HR support and guiding internal clients with a focus on recruitment, employee relations, company policies, and compliance. This role oversees the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to extending offers, ensuring a smooth onboarding experience, and facilitating offboarding for a positive employee transition. Additionally, you'll be responsible for generating and analyzing HR reports to drive strategic decision-making and enhance our processes. This hands-on, solution-oriented role offers a fantastic chance to develop professionally while playing a key part in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent.This position is located at our Secaucus, NJ office, and has the flexibility to work a hybrid schedule.Your Responsibilities ...Recruitment & OnboardingManage the recruitment and onboarding lifecycle for remote and on-site hires, prioritizing diversity, and ensure a positive candidate experience.Develop and implement creative and effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent; effectively sourcing talent on social media and job boards (LinkedIn, Indeed, Handshake, etc.).Execute 360 recruitment process: Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop and modify job descriptions, generate job ads and postings, screen and evaluate candidates, coordinate job offers and negotiations, and manage relationships with recruitment agencies.Ensure compliance during the entire recruiting process by rigorously adhering to Affirmative Action Plan (AAP) guidelines.Facilitate a smooth onboarding process for new hires, including coordinating orientation sessions, training sessions, and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.Deliver New Hire Orientation presentations.Assign compliance training.Conduct check-ins with new employees to ensure a smooth transition and address any concerns.Employee RelationsPromote a positive and inclusive workplace culture by supporting employee engagement initiatives.Advise on organizational policies and act as the initial point of escalation for employee relations issues.Recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to continuously enhance department efficiency and services performed.Address and resolve employee concerns and conflicts in a timely and fair manner.Assist with the coordination of employee events (wellness events, annual outings, holiday parties, etc.).OffboardingManage and ensure the proper handling of all equipment, assets, and administrative tasks during the employee offboarding process.Conduct exit interviews for employees leaving the company.Data Management & ReportingMaintain compliant employee records.Oversee and maintain the Recruitment and Onboarding Employee Self-Service site.Maintain accurate employment data in HRIS system.Track recruitment metrics and provide insights to internal teams.Respond to requests for verification of employment and unemployment claims.Run reports and perform data analysis as necessary.RequirementsYou'll Need ...Education:

Bachelor's Degree in HR, Marketing, Communication or a related field.Experience:

1-2 years of experience in a generalist capacity, with a focus on progressive recruitment; familiarity with Affirmative Action recruiting is a plus.Recruitment Expertise:

Proven success in developing and implementing recruitment strategies and virtual onboarding processes across multiple locations.HRIS Proficiency:

Familiarity with HRIS and Employee Self-Service systems; experience with Paylocity is advantageous.HR Knowledge:

Strong understanding of core HR practices, employee relations, and employment laws (e.g., FLSA, EEO, I-9 compliance).Adaptability:

Experience working with small to mid-sized organizations, with a demonstrated ability to adapt to changing priorities.Relationship Building:

Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to cultivate professional relationships.Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, including strong presentation skills and experience in training delivery on company policies.Problem Solving:

Strong analytical and decision-making skills.Technical Proficiency:

Advanced computer skills with a solid technical aptitude; intermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Organizational Skills:

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.Integrity:

Demonstrated high level of integrity and ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.Customer Focus:
