The Judicial Council of California is accepting applications for an Associate Human Resources Analyst to join the Human Resources office.As an Associate Human Resources Analyst, this position provides a full range of payroll and benefits services to an assigned group of Judicial Council and Appellate Court employees. The Associate HR Analyst ensures employees’ personnel, payroll, and benefits records are updated timely in the State Controller’s Office (SCO) and Human Resources and Education System (HREMS). This position also researches, evaluates, analyzes, and applies policies and procedures in responding to employees’ personnel, payroll, and benefits questions in a timely manner. In addition, this position ensures that employees’ payroll checks are issued timely and benefits are processed and deductions are implemented.The successful candidate will be expected to work in person at the Judicial Council’s San Francisco office and reside in the areas surrounding this location. The Judicial Council offers hybrid work arrangements for many positions. Beginning in September 2024, employees will work in the office at least one day each week. Beginning in January 2025, employees will work in the office at least two days per week.About the Judicial Council:
