Complete Description:
This senior business analyst and process consultant position is in the Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) and will support the development of a new technology platform for the agency as part of implementing a new comprehensive child welfare information system (CCWIS). As a business analyst and process consultant, you will support the assessment of current systems and processes, developing requirements, process flows, user stories, and wireframes for the future platform. The role will also involve participation in testing efforts and rollout activities.
The candidate must be able to attend and participate in on-site meetings from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM Eastern Time Zone. The ideal candidate will work independently and as part of a team of consultants, possessing the following skills/capabilities:
Interact with clients to understand complex business requirements
Create functional requirements and designs for customizations
Document existing process flows and develop future process flows
Develop wireframes
Develop user stories and acceptance criteria
Assist in developing test scenarios and cases
Participate and support rollout and training activities
Review developer proposed implementations and identify efficient designs
Excellent written and oral English communication and presentation skills
Education and Professional Qualifications:
4+ years’ experience gathering requirements and documenting business processes
Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
Ability to develop effective working relationships with all levels of personnel
Strong client-service orientation and focus
Thorough attention to detail and a strong desire to deliver the highest quality solutions to CFSA
Experience across a variety of industries
Minimum Education/Certification Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Information Technology, or related field, or equivalent experience
