The Judicial Council of California is accepting applications for a Senior Analyst to join the Human Resources office.The Senior Analyst is responsible for project management and fiscal operations for the Human Resources office. The position works directly and independently with all members of the HR leadership team to determine the fiscal impact of branch-wide HR programs. The incumbent prepares and drafts reports outlining options and recommendations of such programs and is responsible for the development and implementation of the HR office budget. As the office's subject matter expert, the incumbent provides analytical support and advises leadership on a range of complex and often sensitive organizational projects and services, including the statewide workers' compensation program, staff compensation, and other Executive Office-driven initiatives and requests.The successful candidate will be expected to work in person at the Judicial Council’s San Francisco or Sacramento office and reside in the areas surrounding these locations. The Judicial Council offers hybrid work arrangements for many positions. Beginning in September 2024, employees will work in the office at least one day each week. Beginning in January 2025, employees will work in the office at least two days per week.About the Judicial Council:
