As a Senior Executive Compensation Advisor within PNC's Executive Compensation organization, you can sit in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; OR Atlanta, GA.Key Responsibilities:Develop materials for key meetings and updates with senior leaders and for the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Directors.Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommend plan revisions to compete with market trends for executive compensation programs.Perform research and analysis on peer group and market trends related to executive compensation programs.Deliver analysis on the effectiveness and competitiveness of existing programs and model potential impact of alternatives and future programs.Participate in preparation of the Proxy tables and the CD&A statement.Lead or provide support to other team members and HR stakeholders on executive compensation related projects as needed.Develop internal communications and materials to educate applicable audiences (both employees and HR Business Partners) on executive compensation programs.Job Description:Leads the support in the design, implementation, and administration of executive compensation programs. Conduct executive compensation research and analysis and lead the preparation of board committee materials. Monitor the effectiveness of existing compensation policies and procedures and recommend plan revisions to compete with market trends for executive compensation programs. Design, develop, and implement equity-based pay programs. Create and prepare reports for the purpose of providing written support and/or conveying information to senior management. Monitor changes in federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations to ensure organizational compliance.Qualifications:Successful candidates must demonstrate appropriate knowledge, skills, and abilities for a role.
