Capgemini Government Solutions (CGS) LLC is hiring an Organizational Change Manager/Communications Specialist to assist government clients. The role involves translating technical language into business language, developing engaging content and graphics, and aligning communication strategies with organizational goals.The successful candidate will have the chance to apply and develop their abilities, collaborate with a driven and innovative team, interact with various customers and partners, and enhance CGS' capacity to assist our clients.Job Responsibilities:

As an Organizational Change Manager/Communications Specialist, you will:Assist in the creation, improvement, and oversight of communication strategies for organizational change management (OCM).Create original content for various OCM materials including emails, newsletters, presentations, and SharePoint sites.Develop imagery and graphics for OCM projects and standardize presentation templates.Ensure compliance with Section 508 guidelines and corporate style guides.Assist Project Management with the development and execution of communication plans.Monitor and track the approval process for global distribution communications.Research and analyze complex organizational processes and systems.Facilitate collaborator workshops and contribute to user training materials.Required Qualifications:

U.S. Citizenship is required.Eligible to obtain and maintain Government Security Clearance.MS/MA/MBA in Organizational Development, Psychology/Behavior, Business Administration with People focus, Information Systems Management, Computer Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience.3-6 years of experience in facilitating organizational transitions.Skilled in Salesforce and Agile methodologies.Desired Qualifications:

Good communication and team building skills.Demonstrable experience in effectively managing multiple tasks within a team-based environment.Exceptional test writing skills.About Capgemini
