Recognized technical authority for an area within the business, this role requires basic commercial awareness and developed communication and diplomacy skills to guide, influence and convince others.Responsibilities:Performs functional, automation and regression testing, working with technology project managers, UAT professionals and users to design and implement appropriate scripts/plans for an application testing strategy/approach.Responsible for initiatives related to User Acceptance Testing (UAT) process and product rollout into production, making recommendations of solutions and improvements.Conducts complex process monitoring, product evaluation and audit assignments; reports issues and makes recommendations for solutions.Ensures project standards and procedures exist, are fully documented and followed throughout the software development life cycle.Monitors products for conformance to standards; identifies risks and recommends solutions.Documents findings and performs root cause analyses to provide recommended improvements.Ensures all corrective actions are assigned, documented and completed; gathers, maintains and creates reports on quality metrics.Acts as advisor and mentor for junior members of the team.Makes evaluative judgments based on analysis of factual information in complicated situations.Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets.Qualifications:6-10 years of experience in similar roles across banking or services technology.Knowledge of Corporate banking and trade finance; experience with Trade platforms is an advantage.Hands-on experience with manual as well as test automation, test script creation and modification required.Working knowledge of QTP/Selenium/test tools including HP Quality Centre/JIRA.Working knowledge of Agile, BDD frameworks.Proven ability to lead local and remote QA teams while remaining accountable for hands-on Testing.Strong knowledge of full software development and testing lifecycle.A strong commitment to quality and efficiency.Education:Bachelor’s/University degree in Computer Science and Computer Engineering or equivalent work experience.Job Family Group:
