Nights, 7p-7a, 12x3, 36 hrs per weekLength:
13 weeksMinimum weekend requirement is 4 weekend shifts per schedule.Requirements:TN License2 Years ExperienceMust have ICU experienceBLSACLSDocumentation system:
MeditechTrauma experience preferredContract labor is first to float.
If the staffing need is in med/surg, contract labor is expected to float to med/surg and take the assignment.Number of Beds :
20Patient Ratios :
2:1, sometimes 1:1 depending on acuity.Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability):
Occasional nurse extern working as a tech.Type of equipment:
Ventilators, EVDs, CRRT, SLED, EV 1000, tractionScheduling requirements:
Minimum weekend requirement is 4 weekend shifts per schedule.
Schedule is done in 4 week increments.
Self-scheduling to an extent.
Manager will move shifts to balance out schedule.Patient Experience requirements:
