Infosys is seeking a

Sterling Integrator Consultant . As a Sterling Integrator Consultant, you will be supporting daily operations and development activities. You will be responsible for ensuring and keeping track of day-to-day operations and their status, and helping in closure. You will work with internal and external trading partners for issue resolution, along with coordinating with the offshore team to ensure a smooth handoff of shifts. Additionally, you will collaborate with the team to improve processes, manage problems, and coordinate with various teams while working on development, migration, upgrade activities, evaluating solution options, and making recommendations.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree or foreign equivalent required from an accredited institution. Will also consider three years of progressive experience in the specialty in lieu of every year of education.

At least 7 years of relevant Information Technology experience.

This position may require travel and/or relocation.

Preferred Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience with Sterling File Gateway, Secure Proxy, products is the core requirement for this role.

At least 3 years of experience in capturing requirements related to internal/external consulting, documenting, and mapping current business processes.

Experience setting up the following in a B2B environment: Partner Profiles AS2, sFTP, FTPs, FTP, HTTP, HTTPs, SOAP, PGP.

Troubleshooting and resolving EDI functional and technical issues, excellent skills in developing new maps and BP’s.

Ability to work in a diverse/multiple stakeholder environment.

Good analytical and communication skills.

Experience and desire to work in a global delivery environment.

Experience in B2B production support, working on tools/accelerators that help to reduce incidents.

Connecting with suppliers, external customers, and internal business units.

Initial contact for any issues from our customers/suppliers technical groups.

Troubleshoot and resolve transaction processing issues.

Escalation point to resolve issues from suppliers, external customers, and internal customers.

Establishing and maintaining liaison relationships with business partners and IT organizations to provide effective technical solutions.

Investigates problems and develops recommendations for resolution.

Identifies the need for technical assistance to help in problem resolution.

Keeps customers informed of problems, issues, and resolutions.

Compensation and Benefits:Estimated annual compensation range for this role will be as follows:

In CA / WA / NY / CO: $73,000 to $102,200

In Washington, DC: $66,500 to $100,300
