Co-Clinical Director (LMFT, LMHC, or LICSW)

Twin Lakes Counseling, Federal Way, Washington, United States, 98003

Twin Lakes Counseling is an insurance-based group psychotherapy practice in Federal Way, Washington.

We are dedicated to making transformative mental health counseling and family therapy accessible to our community and are especially equipped to serve clients who want to use their insurance to seek treatment. We are looking for an experienced clinician to work on a two-person clinical director team to manage our growing multi-disciplinary group therapy practice. Minimum requirements include being fully licensed (or license eligible) in a mental health profession (LMFT, LMHC, LCSW, etc), able to be credentialed with all insurances (a task completed by our billing department), and eligible to supervise associate clinicians in Washington State.

The co-clinical director role is a full-time position paid weekly.

We are looking for someone who can work collaboratively with our current clinical director to share the responsibilities of ensuring excellent client care by directly managing up to 16 clinicians including 4 supervisors who lead our staff of 32 licensed, associate, and intern clinicians. The position requires carrying a clinical caseload of at least 5 paid clinical hours per week and pay can be supplemented by providing additional client services above the requirement through our practice, with the client load determined by the time constraints and income needs of the candidate.

The ideal candidate will have experience supervising clinician's development and a passion for making therapy accessible to all communities. A strong understanding of insurance is helpful (although extensive support is provided by our billing team), and an incredibly high level of comfort with technology is required. The ideal candidate will be conscientious, detail oriented, very experience, and willing to offer ongoing support and trainings to our team of clinicians. Minority and bi-lingual candidates encouraged to apply.

Twin Lakes Counseling's Clinical Directors are paid as W-2 employees, and full administrative, credentialing, and billing support is provided. Holding a clinical caseload of at least five clinical hours per week is a requirement, and the Clinical Director may opt to see clients up to 10 sessions a week at a clinical rate of pay (starts at $55 per session; $68.75 for assessments) to reach higher income goals. No outside clients may be seen simultaneously in outside private practice, due to the marketing and credentialing provided by the organization. Hours are flexible within the requirements of the position. This position includes a training allowance, paid time off including sick and vacation time, retirement matching, and health insurance benefits.
