Seeking an experienced financial leader to drive success, maximize fiscal outcomes, and lead strategic financial management at Casa Central. This role will develop efficient record-keeping and management systems, prepare comprehensive fiscal reports, and maintain crucial relationships with funders, vendors, and contractors. They will advise management on insurance coverage, oversee supervisory responsibilities, and provide interim financial information for discussions with Program Directors, the President, and the Board of Directors. Position Highlights
Develops record keeping and management systems, to facilitate communication, ease reporting and maximize fiscal outcomes. Formulates all program and operational fiscal and/or personnel reports and assures submission by required deadlines.
Maintains effective relationships with representatives of funders, vendors and professional contractors.
Prepares reports which summarize and forecast company business activities (revenue, expenses and cash flow requirements) and financial position based on past, present and expected operations.
Advises management about insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities.
Carries out supervisory responsibilities which include interviewing, hiring and training employees, planning, assigning and directing work, and appraising performance, rewarding and disciplining employees addressing complaints and resolving problems.
Prepares interim financial information including projections for discussion with Program Directors and the President, and presentation to the Board of Directors.
Completes all other duties as assigned by the President & CEO of the Agency.
