Job Description:
The Developer is responsible for producing customizable, user-friendly templates for marKIT, Central resource for building marketing and creative assets. The Developer will use our marketing technology platform to create intuitive user interfaces, allowing users to customize print and digital marketing material. The role is an extraordinary blend of design and technology and requires someone who thrives on learning new tools and skills and who has an exceptional eye for detail.
As a Team Member in this role, you will be responsible for:Collaborate with the marKIT team to review requirements, ensuring that templates function according to client specificationsUse your understanding of programming concepts and logic to convert InDesign artwork into interactive, customizable templates via our marketing technology platform (platform training will be provided)Troubleshoot, test, and debug issues detected by QA or marKIT supportFix bugs and complete amendment requests for existing templatesUnderstand and apply global rules to maintain consistency across delivered templatesActively participate in bi-weekly sprints, including planning and requirements meetingsLeverage the capabilities of our platform to find efficiencies and streamline developmentCollaborate with our team of developers to share learnings, align on processes, and ensure work is on time and accurateAssist with creating and updating content pages within the marketing technology platformWe believe that success in this role will demonstrate itself through the following attributes and skills:

Minimum Education: BA/BS Bachelor's DegreeMinimum Years of Experience: Three (3) years of related professional work experienceExperience with front-end web technologies (including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS) and user interfacesExperience with InDesign and the Adobe Creative SuitePreferred Qualifications
Experience working with Agile methodologies and project management software (ex. JIRA, Airtable)Comfortable working in Mac OSExperience working with print and digital mediaJob Requirement
