Office Manager Position Summary:

This position directly interacts with all aspects of operations. They will support company initiatives for growth and all customer / employee experiences. Shop planning supporting customer due dates, material needs and some financial reporting.

Office Manager Key Responsibilities or Essential Functions:

Managing orders and systems, Shop planning support through ERP system, customer relations, On-time deliveries, continuous improvement support and overall company goal attainment.Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.

Answering site switchboard (transferring calls).Supports the daily workflow of the facility to meet customer requirements.Participates in SQDC activities to meet and exceed overall objectivesDeploy and foster a lean cultureProvides constructive and timely communication across the organization.Utilization of systems to drive efficiencies and communication throughout the organization including ADP, QuickBooks, and a new ERP system TBDCustomer Order management and organizationSupports growth initiatives and organizations objectivesProcess payments and receivables. Support corporate FinanceWork to ensure proper paperwork for shippingWork schedule:40 hrs. work week. Start and stop times are flexible

Preferred/Required Education and Experience

High School diplomaExceptional work experience with a manufacturer of goods.Understanding of accounting principles to support corporate initiatives.QuickBooks experience is required.Understanding of processing payables/receivablesMicrosoft suites (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams)Assume various roles, and perform multiple functions.Required Skills/Abilities:

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines and multi task in a fast paced environment.Thorough understanding of operations policies and practices.To learn Lean conceptsGrowth orientated.
