The Information Assurance Specialist - National Security Systems will provide assessment and compliance support for National Security Systems (NSS). The candidate will ensure that security controls and regulatory requirements are consistently met across classified systems, performing in-depth assessments and compliance reviews. They will conduct assessments of security controls to ensure compliance with government regulations (e.g., RMF, NIST 800-53, CNSS policies). The candidate will perform continuous monitoring, security audits, and risk assessments for National Security Systems. They will develop and maintain system security plans, risk assessments, and compliance documentation. They will work with system owners and administrators to resolve security findings and ensure ongoing compliance. The candidate will provide support for security reviews, certifications, and inspections for classified systems.

Requirements• Active Top Secret/SCI Eligible Clearance• At least four (4+) years of experience in information assurance, security compliance, and RMF processes• In-depth knowledge of RMF, NIST 800-53, and security compliance requirements• Strong understanding of the ATO process and security documentation• Bachelor's degree in a cybersecurity-related field, or at least one certification requiring specialized experience and continuous learning in cybersecurity• Certifications: GIAC Information Security Professional (GISP), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent
