Darigold is seeking a skilled and experienced Business Intelligence Analyst with a passion for growth and development to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in transforming data into actionable insights and driving strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for designing, developing and maintaining comprehensive data pipelines and infrastructure, creating insightful data visualizations, supporting the implementation of BI solutions, analyzing complex data sets and providing clear, actionable reports to stakeholders. You will work closely with IT data scientists, business analysts, and other stakeholders to ensure data is accessible, reliable and optimally structured for analysis.

As part of the Business Intelligence team, you will provide centralized support to all departments across the enterprise. The focus of your work will be creating the foundational data sets for Data Analysts across the business to consume and the generation of enterprise-level analytics that support big picture insights connectively to enable cross-functional alignment.

What You Will Do:

Develop and manage BI solutions, including dashboards, reports, and data models, to support business objectives.Able to participate in the design and development of scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to ingest, transform, and load data from various sources into data warehouses or lakes.Build and optimize data models to ensure efficient data storage, retrieval, and analysis.Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs.Create and maintain documentation related to data architecture, data pipelines, and data models.Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve data engineering practices and tools.Participate in the analysis of large datasets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business improvement.Collaborate with various departments to understand their data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.Present complex data findings in a clear and actionable format to senior management and stakeholders.Ensure the accuracy and integrity of data through regular audits and validation processes.Lead data-driven projects and initiatives, offering strategic recommendations based on analysis.What You Bring:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, or a related field.Minimum of 5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data engineering, data management, data analytics, or related field.Proficiency in BI tools with emphasis on Power BI.Proficiency in SQL and experience with relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and data warehousing solutions (e.g., Oracle, Snowflake, Redshift).Knowledge of programming languages such as Python, Java, or Scala.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proven ability to interpret complex data.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical audiences.Experience with data warehousing and ETL processes is a plus.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.Benefits of Working at Darigold:
