We are seeking an experienced
DevOps Tools Subject Matter Expert (SME)
to join our team. In this role, you'll lead the optimization of our DevOps tools and processes, driving continuous integration, deployment, and automation initiatives. If you enjoy solving complex infrastructure challenges and have a passion for streamlining operations, this position is an exciting opportunity to make a tangible impact.
What You'll Do:
•Act as the go-to expert on DevOps tools, evaluating and recommending solutions that align with our business objectives.
•Assess current processes and toolchains, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing solutions that boost efficiency, reliability, and scalability.
•Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins, Git, or Azure DevOps.
•Collaborate with teams to define and implement
Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
practices using tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation.
•Monitor security controls to support comprehensive compliance initiatives.
•Manage and implement containerization technologies like Docker or Kubernetes, enabling scalable and portable deployments.
•Provide mentorship and training on best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement across the team.

What You Bring:
•Active
Secret Clearance
(required due to contract).
•Bachelor's degree (equivalent experience will be considered).
• 12+ years of experience
in the field, with extensive knowledge of DevOps tools and processes.
•Proficiency in configuration management tools such as Ansible, Puppet, or Chef.
•Strong experience with monitoring and logging tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, or ELK.
•Hands-on experience with common software tools like Jenkins, Ansible, Jira, and VMware.
•A collaborative mindset with the ability to work independently, supporting mission-critical operations across geographically diverse locations.
Location:
•Must reside near
