Network Voice Sr. Engineer
Duration:
6 months contract to hire
Rate: $65 - $75 w2 hourly
Location: remote
PURPOSE:Contact Center and IPT Voice Specialist/architect will have a deep understanding of contact center technologies, including UCCE, Recording Server, ACD, Skill Groups, IVR, and CVP, Cisco Unified Communications Manager (CUCM), Session Initiation Protocol (SIP), H.323, Media Gateway Control Protocol (MGCP), Voice Gateways (VGs), Client, and Cisco Unity Connection (CUC).Responsibilities will include designing, providing technical support, troubleshooting issues, and implementing new features and enhancements for Contact Center environment and voice over IP (VoIP) solutions.
