The SAP Food Business Unit designs, implements, and operates end-to-end processes for the food industry and the AgriBusiness industry with tailor-made SAP applications and state-of-the-art technology, including SAP S/4HANA, SAP Dairy Management by msg, and SAP Meat and Fish Management by msg for S/4HANA, SAP Intelligent Agriculture and SAP Contract Management.

What you will do

As Solution Architect and S/4 Project Manager you will drive solution design to our customers

The role will be closely aligned with the supply chain, other cross functional processes, and systems to ensure that in our clients' digital environment everything works together functionally and in a technically sound and future proof way.Combine industry expertise and execution mastery to help our clients achieve ambitious goals.Define and document key design decisions based on the objective of the engagement.Apply expertise in guiding implementation of projects from a functional, architecture & technical perspective.Collaborate with our experienced consulting and development teams to convert customer requirements into working solutionsActively participate in customer workshops and lead the customer to the optimal usage of the SAP Intelligent Enterprise platform.Design how integrations and end-to-end scenarios will workWhat we are looking for

BA in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Organizational Sciences, or any related fieldMinimum 10 years of experience with SAP technologies, with strong hands in these areas:

Logistics, Procurement, Manufacturing, Warehouse Management, Sales

Minimum 3 years as SAP Solution Architect or similar role.Minimum of 2 full cycle of SAP ERP Project Manager experience.Minimum of 3 years of experience in running international and diverse teams comprising of SAP Subject Matter Experts.Proven expertise in SAP cloud offerings and their integration with on-premises systems.Strong understanding of ACTIVATE methodologies, with hands-on experience in Legacy Systems and/or SAP ECC6.0 to S/4 HANA migrations.Architecture skills in complex multi component and service-oriented architectures (on prem and cloud) with a high degree of integration complexityExperience in agile methodologies in project deliveryProactivity and high degree of independence in planning and executing activities.Keeping knowledge up to date with the latest technological trendsWillingness to travelFluency in EnglishWhat we offer

The salary range for this position in the US are $130,000 to $180,000. Individual salaries within this range is determined by multiple factors including but not limited to skill set, experience, education and knowledge. The salary range is not inclusive of the generous discretionary bonus that is also part of the full package.
