Eastridge is seeking a POS After Sales Coordinator for a private company best known for its energy drinks and sports team ownership. Hybrid schedule.

Responsibilities:

We are looking for an After Sales Coordinator to provide exceptional support to our distributor partners, business units, third-party logisticspartners, and our global logistics supply chain team in Austria.Responsibilities include coordination of all tasks related to inquiries, call center tickets, customer support, spare parts inventory control, as well as aid in process improvements.Resolve inquiries related to distributors cooler repairs, disposals, branding projects, products, claims, and customer concernsInitiate transportation track and trace (as required)Investigate and resolve problems through root cause analysis using various reports and data to resolve logistics challengesMonitor and provide status updates on cooler service tickets (Zendesk)Interact with key personnel and service providers to monitor and develop processes to ensure the timely and accurate processing of cooler service ticketsEstablish strong working relationships with business units, distributors, logistics partners, service providers, and Operations team members to provide high levels of customer supportMaintain distributor customer master data in the company's operational systems (Zendesk)Ensure all tickets are properly entered and maintained within the relevant systemCommunicate SOPs to assigned distributors and service providersProvide input and recommendations to continuously improve customer serviceProvide logistics and transfer support as neededSupport as required for yearly physical inventory and auditsMaintain documentation and procedures related to logistics policies and proceduresPrepared to assume additional tasks outside the job description (as needed/directed)Requirements:0-1+ years' experience related to customer service and logistics operationsBachelor's Degree preferred, ideally in a related field to the position requirementsOutstanding customer service skillsExcellent written and verbal skillsStrong organizational and problem-solving skillsBasic knowledge of logistics functions within SAP or a comparable ERP system preferredBasic analytical skills with Microsoft Excel experienceFluent in EnglishBilingual a plus-
