What You'll Do :As the selected Sr. Business Analyst, you be called up to own, manage, develop, and prioritize product backlog of user stories on our flagship Prime engagement!!
Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Help stakeholders envision how their processes will change with the implementation of the solution.Establish user story acceptance criteria and accept user stories into the baseline.Help to define sprint goals for their project, and acts as the proxy product owner to accept sprint delivered development.Assist development teams in researching, troubleshooting, and diagnosing issues, documenting solutions, and managing bug fix release cycles.Be able to interact with technical staff and work collaboratively to define technical solutions to solve business needs.Successfully engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously with strong time management skills.Facilitate client-facing meetings to understand requirements and help prioritize organizational strategies and plans.Coordinate and lead project team meetings with technical staff and other key stakeholders.Assist the team lead in preparing project status reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.What You'll Need :
Active Secret ClearanceUS Citizenship requiredBachelor's Degree with experience in a related Information Technology fieldExperience in gathering requirementsExperience writing user stories, including acceptance criteriaExcellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of executives, managers, and subject matter experts.Able to take initiative, manage own workload, and assume responsibility for tasksAble to multi-task, handle multiple projects, and meet internal and client deadlinesExperience with Agile methods and toolsPrefer experience in agile development roles including Scrum Master or Product Owner,Knowledge of challenges and opportunities faced by DevSecOps agile teams.Previous experience working with Government clients is highly desirableStrong prioritization skills and ability to gather information quickly to re-prioritize in a dynamic environmentStrong analytical skills required, including a thorough understanding of how to interpret customer business needs to be a successful advocate for the customerExcellent interpersonal skills, relationship-building skills, coordination, and people skills to promote the improvement of relationships between team members and the overall organizationStrong business writing skillsSet Yourself Apart With :
