ADP Workforce Now Client-side Project Manager

Position Overview:Spencer Thomas Group (STG) is currently looking to add to our team of consultants under our Global Payroll/HCM Practice. Our client is in need of a project manager to support their transition to ADP Comprehensive Services to assist with their plans for acquisition and growth.Responsibilities:Assist in transition from Quickbooks to Workforce Now Comprehensive ServicesOffer Guidance on best practices on workflows, setup and hierarchySupport client in Data Verification and Dual MaintenanceTrain the team to take advantage of the functionalityAct as the Project Manager on the Client side, working with defined internal parties to help delegate tasks and ensure timely answers.Help answer questions, make decisions, assist with change management, process change and other duties that may be agreed to from time to time during the engagement.Act as a liaison between ADP and Client. Help with understanding of terminology, technology differences, translation of current state to future state.Verify Masterfile data and match with original data.Duration:
This is a project-based consulting opportunity with an immediate start with an initial duration of 10-12 weeks with the possibility of extending.
