Summary

The

HRIS Administrator

is responsible for accurately entering, updating, and maintaining coworker information in the company's Human Resources Information System (HRIS). The role supports HR processes by ensuring data integrity, assisting with routine audits, and providing basic troubleshooting support. This position collaborates with the HRIS team to ensure seamless data flow and adheres to company confidentiality policies.

Roles and Responsibilities

The

HRIS Administrator

will perform the following duties in a safe, productive, and effective manner:Accurately enter and update employee data, including new hires, terminations, job changes, and salary updatesMaintains coworker records for data integrity and assists with auditsSupports HR processes by ensuring timely data entry for payroll and benefitsAssists in generating basic HR reports and documenting data entry proceduresProvides basic HRIS troubleshooting and escalate complex issues as neededCollaborates with the HR team on projects such as data migrations and system updatesMakes necessary corrections as appropriateEscalates any unresolved issues to HRIS ManagerPerforms admin functions in SuccessFactors and Keystyle, including but not limited to:

Manages DashboardsCreates/maintains job classifications, position codes, password resets, and security access

Participates in testing of new modules and helps to validate system upgrades; reports errorsProvides support to internal customers by:

Responds to inquiries and requests for employment informationAssists users with Time-Off issues and resolves discrepancies

Collaborates with the Compliance Department, updates systems with the most up-to-date employment regulationsEnsures appropriate record keeping rules are adhered to within all areas of responsibilityProvides assistance regarding employment document gatheringAssists with the creation of organizational chartsAttends HR department staff meetings and participates in developing HR goals, objectives, and systemsRequirements

High school diploma or equivalent and 3 years related experience processing personnel actions in an HRIS/Payroll system or Associates degree in business, or Human Resources or equivalent combination of education and experienceProficient in Windows, Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPointExceptional ability to maintain confidentialityExperience with Success Factors Employee Central preferredThe following competencies are needed to successfully perform this job:
