Primary Responsibilities:

Collaborate with stakeholders across multiple business segments to drive and operationalize strategy in key Government Programs readiness processes and procedures

Drive innovation in key processes. Verify business logic meets regulatory requirements and process execution matches business requirements. Proactively identify gaps and quickly develop complex analytic solutions to return to compliance

Directs work supporting 5 key operations processes across data team. Plan 24-hour coverage for rejected claim review algorithm and ensure the 10 daily runs are process within tight compliance window

Build solid relationships with key business partners and stakeholders. Effectively communicate complex analytical results to a wide range of audiences

Required Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in data analytics, specifically interpreting and communicating the results to a broad range of customers and business leaders

3+ years of experience with MS Office products

2+ years oof experience with SAS / SQL programming language

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience analyzing pharmacy claims data

Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI

Proven solid interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal customers across multiple departments

Proven ability to approach issues from broad strategic perspective while also focusing on the details

The salary range for this role is $88,000 to $173,200 annually. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable. In addition to your salary, UnitedHealth Group offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
