Job Description

Insight Global is seeking 2 IT Techs for a large retail client in La Palma, CA. The IT Techs will be working in a warehouse environment and have several key responsibilities on a daily basis: Checking and resolving tickets through Zendesk, working with operations team to monitor printers/scanners/devices, using apple and android devices to pick orders, setting up workstations, inventory, check in/check out process. The purpose of these roles is to help assist the team during their peak season until January.

Problem Resolution

Respond to level 1 help desk requests, escalate as needed

Fix/Repair Device issues: stations, laptops, iPods, printers, phones

Fix/Repair Networking issues: WIFI/Wired connectivity issues

Ensure accurate communication via tickets, ticket resolution

User Management

User ID Creation/Management and issue resolution

Email Creation/Management and issue resolution

Security Card (building access) Creation/Management and issue resolution

Device Management

New Equipment Rollout/Setup: stations, laptops, iPods, printers

Client VPN install

Application Helpdesk/Support

Re-open purchase orders

Delete item profiles

Generate missing return labels

Create/generate missing commercial invoices

Fix/Repair order/shipping issues

Perform other duties as assigned null
