Bachelor's degree in engineering, Computer Science, Mathematics etc.Demonstrated analytical and quantitative skills and ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and develop business casesUnderstanding of the full Software Development lifecycleExperience developing products for customer facing end users3+ Years of programming experience with Java/Python/Typescript.3+ years of experience contributing to the architecture and design (architecture, design patterns, reliability and scaling) of new and current systems.Experience developing full stack applications with React based front ends and Python based backendExperience with deploying and writing Infrastructure as code with AWS CDK (preferred choice) or AWS cloud formation

Experience leading a software team as a tech leadExperience using a client's Web ServicesExperience developing for LinuxExperience coaching, and mentoring junior members on a software teamExperience building scalable front-end infrastructure software or distributed systems for commercial online services
Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on several factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
