GIS Support Specialist

A leading utility provider located in New York, NY is looking for a GIS Support Specialist for a 6 month contract.
Please note that this is a hybrid position based out of Brooklyn, NY.
Pay Rate Range: $60 - $65/hrWork Mode: Hybrid, minimum 2-3 days onsite per week.
Requirements and skills5-10 years of experience of administration, support, and development ArcGIS applications5-10 years of experience in administrating and supporting ArcFM applicationsDevelopment and coding experiences using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS JavaScript API, .Net (C#).Support Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.Experience deploying ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc.Ability to understand requirements and support team and share best practices/lessons learnt.Provide status of the tickets to the client SME.Troubleshooting and problem resolution to issues reported by end users of the enterprise applications.Windows servers administration experience.Preferred Skills
Utility Experience (Plus): Leverage utility industry experience to enhance GIS solutions and contribute to industry-specific initiatives.Responsibilities
Provide development and technical support to the agency ArcGIS and ArcFM based Enterprise GIS system and applications.Take up development for minor enhancements using Python, Angular JS, ArcGIS Javascript API, ASP .net (C#).Support agency Landbase applications including new development and troubleshooting requests.Setup new ETL process using FME WorkbenchDeploy ArcGIS Enterprise (Portal and Server) and administer ArcGIS server sites.System monitoring and performance tuning of the systems.Publish services and administer user roles and privileges.Coordinate with other teams like server support, security, DBA etc.
