We're seeking a future team member in the role of

Problem Manager

to join our Service Management Team within Production Services. This role is in

Pittsburgh or

Lake Mary, FL, Hybrid.

In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

Develop across the full stack of Web technologies - Java, JavaScript, Angular.js, HTML and CSSWork in a Scrum-based, Agile development process that is light on documentation and meetings and heavy on codingTranslate requirements/stories and mock-ups into fully functional features by working closely with the implementation project teamConfigure the Application UI and workflowsDevelop required integration components (SSO, LDAP, etc.) with multiple HR systemsAttend and participate in Scrum meetingsAssist with user acceptance testingEnsure that management receives timely updates on assigned tasks to facilitate frequent and proactive customer communicationContribute to the continual improvement of Service Management.To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required; advanced degree preferred6 - 8 years of related infrastructure experience required; experience in the securities or financial services industry is a plus.ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)JavaScript proficiencyKnowledge of ITIL • Experience with Web Technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, Web Services, etc.) and working in a SaaS environmentDegree or equivalent, preferably in Computer Science or Information Technology, and proven experience in technical consulting rolesActive listening skills, respecting others' point of view and takes ownership of contributing the required input while demonstrating strong communication skills (written, interpersonal, and presentational)Other optional qualifications

ServiceNow Accreditations in all product linesServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)Proven experience in one additional product line outside of ITSMKnowledge of technical components such as LDAP, VPN, SSL, SAML/SSO and other such technologiesExperience implementing systems using the Agile/Scrum (ITBM) methodology
