Workers' Compensation Defense Attorney – St. Louis, MO (Hybrid)We are seeking an attorney to join our St. Louis, Missouri office, focusing primarily on workers' compensation defense to help us meet the demands of our expanding practice. With a well-established physical office in St. Louis and the technology to support remote work, this position offers the flexibility of a hybrid arrangement. We are looking for curious, intelligent, and creative attorneys who thrive in a fast-paced and rewarding environment to join our team as we continue to redefine the law firm experience.Duties/Responsibilities:Independently manage a workers' compensation defense caseloadSuccessfully try cases, conduct depositions, and mediate disputesBuild and maintain strong relationships with clientsParticipate in marketing and business development initiatives within the firmCollaborate in a team-oriented environmentLeverage technology to manage client work efficiently in a paperless officeQualifications:0-5 years of relevant experience in workers' compensation defenseLicensed and in good standing in MissouriExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detailAbility to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced settingStrong organizational and time management skillsTeam-oriented and collaborativeTo Apply:Please send your resume to
