Summary:As a Procurement Analyst your primary role will be to help to perform research and resolution for supplier account and procurement records. You will have strong analytical and problem solving skills to work through large amounts of data with a keen attention to detail while making updates in various systems. We are integral in helping the company to scale its buying processes through efficient and customer focused operations and we work closely with various teams in achieving a cohesive end to end procurement process.

Requirements:

1-3 years of experience in working with data in purchasing, suppliers, or related business operationsMust have experience in Google Sheets or MS Excel to aggregate data, pivot information, and track progressSome knowledge of tools and systems such as Coupa preferredAbility to troubleshoot complex issues and do what it takes to resolve quicklyManages multiple tasks, high visibility projects and timelines with a sense of urgency, ownership and within deadlineDisplay exceptional organizational skills to manage workload, and often competing prioritiesDemonstrate effective collaboration with key internal and external stakeholdersCommunicates in a clear, concise and timely manner and operates effectively as a team playerPassionate about customer success

Compensation:The pay rate range above is the base hourly pay range that Aditi Consulting reasonably expects to pay someone for this position (compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including but not limited to, a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, experience, location and end client requirements).
