Job Description

Insight Global is looking for a Data Center Technician to sit in Wilmington, Ohio. The Data Center Tech's role is to ensure that the companys computer systems are operating under normal conditions 24x7. Run daily jobs, perform backup and recovery functions, and answer help desk calls. Enter support tickets to record user help desk calls and resolve them if possible. Provide technical support to users with issues related to desktops, laptops, servers, Windows, Microsoft Office, printers, phones, and networks. Work with users and IT support to restore critical operations to normal. Flexibility in Shift is required.

Salary: $43,000

Skills and Requirements

HS Diploma/GED

Minimum 1 year experience supporting desktop and laptop computers, Windows servers, Windows X, MS Office or a minimum of an associates degree in a related field of study.

Basic knowledge of Information technology support. Basic Network knowledge.

Preferred Information Technology Systems experience.

Basic knowledge of Information technology support.

Hardware installation.

Software Installation.

Ability to work on call nights and weekends.

Experience with O365 Outlook, Teams, SharePoint. null
