Job Description

Do you posses extensive experience in Windows domain environments, and strong technical writing skills? MAXISIQ is looking for a technical professional with a proven track record in program support to join our team supporting the maintenance and improvement of infrastructure, documenting processes, and providing high-level support for critical systems. This is a full-time, on-site position in Quantico, Virginia supporting work anticipated to start in October upon award.

Key Responsibilities:Analyze, design, and implement complex Windows-based systems and network solutionsManage and optimize Windows domain environments, including Active Directory, Group Policy, and related servicesConduct thorough system analysis to identify areas for improvement and efficiency gainsDevelop and maintain comprehensive technical documentation, including system specifications, user manuals, and standard operating proceduresProvide advanced technical support for Windows-based systems and applicationsCollaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of IT solutions with business objectivesPlan and execute system upgrades, migrations, and implementationsMonitor system performance and security, recommending and implementing enhancements as neededMentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the IT departmentStay current with emerging technologies and industry best practicesQualifications

Required Skills:

Active Top Secret clearance minimumBachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related fieldMinimum of 8 years of experience in IT systems analysis, with a focus on Windows domain environmentsIn-depth knowledge of Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, and related technologiesStrong technical writing skills with the ability to create clear, concise documentationExtensive experience in providing program support and troubleshooting complex IT issuesProficiency in scripting languages (e.g., PowerShell, Python) for automation and system managementFamiliarity with networking concepts and technologies (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP)Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities
