Inside the RoleThis individual will be a technical product development lead for Ops Quality for various CAT 1 and CAT 2 projects and be expected to follow the CVDS/FRAME standard to help drive product quality in the PAR project processes. This individual needs to have the ability to manage multiple large scale projects from QG 10 to 1 deliverables related to the Ops Quality Functional Activity List (FAL). Also, as a team we will be driving strategic culture changes within the company to focus more on Quality and customer-centric goals; this individual will support this effort.

Position offers a starting salary range of

$98,500.00 - $126,000. USD

Pay offered dependent on knowledge, skills, and experience

This includes driving this culture throughout the organization, on all new projects and collaborating with others to help educate the importance of quality.Supports Top Quality Products Go2030 Strategic initiatives for the OpEx and Quality Department.Ensures we are driving existing quality issues back into each project through our technical risk assessment process to drive towards our overall identity of "being an advocate, service and support for quality.' Identify new and emerging ways to drive data into development cycles to improve product quality.Understands Manufacturing Quality standards and processes to help coach and support how they are used and can be improved to mitigate risks in the new product launch process.Experience in ZTG projects is beneficial in this role as most projects are BEV related. Be able to be open minded about solutions for innovative ZTG projects, while still advocating for strong product quality.Drive Quality into the product during engineering related discussions (i.e. DMUs, SDTs, Engineering Workstreams).Ability to read & interpret engineering installation diagrams for the PFMEA process and to establish controls needed for the manufacturing environment to reduce risk.Knowledge of PFMEA methodology and the ability to perform PFMEA's for PAR projects. If no experience, highlight ability to learn how to execute a PFMEA effectively.Ensures the Operations Quality Functional Activity List (FAL) deliverables are completed on time related to their projects.Collaborates with other PAR Project Core Team members to identify, document, escalate and resolve risks and concerns for assigned projects.Have the ability to speak up and advocate for product quality during crucial project conversations (i.e. budget & timeline constraints).Collaborates with the Truck Manufacturing Plants to ensure the successful launch of New Product Projects.Additional projects or assigned project could change depending on team and individual capacity..The ability to travel to the manufacturing plants when new products are launched is required.Knowledge You Should Bring:

Bachelors Degree and 5-7 years of relevant experience or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of degree.Attached resume is required.Exceptional Candidates Might Have:

Project management experience a plusFamiliarity with PFMEA methodology and experience with PFMEA's is a plus#LI-TN1 #LI-Hybrid
