Job Summary:

We are seeking a meticulous and organized Document Control Specialist to manage our company's documents to ensure compliance with ISO 9001:2015 standards. The ideal candidate will have experience in document management within a semiconductor manufacturing environment, particularly involving welding fabrication processes, and proficiency in Microsoft. This role will primarily focus on administrative tasks related to document control.

Job Responsibilities:Organize Documents:

Name, store, and organize documents in databases.Manage Documents:

Track and monitor documents to ensure compliance.Distribute Documents:

Ensure documents reach the right people on time.Scan and Retain Documents:

Convert paper documents to electronic format and follow retention policies.Quality and Audits:

Maintain document quality and perform audits.Create Templates:

Develop document templates and procedures.Communicate Updates:

Inform others about new document versions.Ensure Compliance:

Verify document accuracy and prepare reports.Train Employees:

Train staff on document control procedures.Support Learning:

Upload documents and create quizzes for training.Additional Tasks:

Participate in audits and support process improvements.Skills and Qualifications:

Education:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Experience:

3+ years in document control, preferably in semiconductor manufacturing. Familiarity with welding processes and ISO standards. Proficiency in Microsoft Power Apps.Skills:

Proficient in Microsoft Office, strong analytical and communication skills, excellent organizational abilities, and experience with document management programs.Physical Requirements:

Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times.
