*BCBA Position Overview*
True Progress Therapy provides in-home ABA therapy to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Our team of Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) and Behavior Therapists (BTs) work closely with each child and their family to deliver high-quality ABA services.

We are looking for dedicated BCBAs/LBAs to join our team of professionals who share our passion for enhancing the quality of life for individuals diagnosed with ASD.

*Responsibilities** Conduct initial assessments and reassessments* Create individualized treatment plans* Provide supervision and support to BTs/RBTs* Conduct Parent Training sessions* Develop and monitor data collection for all treatment goals* Coordinate care with other professionals* Promote and maintain a healthy work-life balance for all team members.
*Qualifications** Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities and/or behavior challenges.* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)* Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) per state requirements

Schedule: Flexible hours during the day, afternoons and evenings
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $75.00 - $100.00 per hour
Expected hours: 25 – 30 per week

Experience:* BCBA: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:* BCBA (Required)
Ability to Relocate:* Farmingdale, NJ: Relocate before starting work (Required)
