Product Software Engineer on our Payments Team

in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities

:

Develop

Java-based Full Stack software

solutions.

Build and implement REST APIs and services using

Spring Boot

.

Collaborate with multi-functional teams to resolve project requirements and deliver detailed results.

Closely adhere to Agile methodologies, including

Scrum and Kanban

.

Successfully implement and maintain NoSQL and/or Relational databases.

Provide analytical insight to optimize software performance and compete in a fast-paced market.

Required Skills

:

Minimum 4 years of relevant professional experience using Java.

Strong analytical skills.

Proficiency in developing backend solutions with Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs.

Experience in working with databases – NoSQL and/or Relational.

Comfortable with Agile operating models (

Scrum/Kanban

).

Team oriented; strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Must be independent and comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and often multi-directional work environment.

Upbeat, self-directed, and self-motivated.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with

microservice architectures

Kafka

.

Experience with

Terraform

.

Familiarity with

AWS

.

Experience with

Git

and continuous integration tools.

Background in

Financial Services

or

Fintech
