We have a 6 month contract to hire position open for a Lead Customer Insights Analyst position. The position is 100% remote and can sit anywhere in the US. The working hours are central time zone.

day to day responsibilities:Understanding member and provider experiences so as to provide leadership teams with actionable insights for improving them.Advising on analytical strategies to help teams produce cross-channel actionable insights along with conducting quantitative studies (e.g. surveys and channel interaction analysis) with various types of customersDescribe the performance expectations/metrics for this individual and their team:

Produce deliverables that are easy to consume and be able to present actionable insights to senior business executivesWhat previous job titles or background work will in this role?

Insights Analyst, CX Analyst, VOC AnalystInternal/External Groups with which the Candidate will interface:

Conducting surveys, analyzing findings, producing actionable insights

1.

Building ticketing modules and workflows

2.

Creating taxonomies, dashboards and reports to turn data into actionable insights

2.

Creating service recovery / inner loop processes

3.

Creating cross-channel and cross-tabulation CX/VOC analysis models and summary dashboards and reports

3.

Using data analytics to create predictive models

Education Requirement:

Masters or years of experience equivalent (6+ years in CX / VOC analytics roles)

Education Preferred:

Bachelor's Degree in Market Research or Analytics, Computer/Data Science, Statistics, CX/UX Research or Analysis or similar field
