*Job Overview*

We are seeking a dedicated Board Certified Behavior Analyst to join Applebury Behavior Associates. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children, particularly those with developmental disabilities such as autism. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, you will play a crucial role in assessing behaviors, developing treatment plans, and implementing interventions to improve the lives of individuals in need.

The licensed clinical supervisor will adhere to the highest professional, ethical, and clinical standards while supporting Applebury Behavior Associates' day-to-day clinical operations, including, but not limited to, implementing and enforcing company-wide policies, protocols, and related documentation for delivering high-quality Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) treatment services.

*Responsibilities:*

- Conduct assessments and develop individualized behavior intervention plans

- Implement behavior analytic techniques to modify behaviors

- Provide training and support to behavior technicians and other professionals

- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make necessary adjustments

- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care

- Serve as the primary point of contact for communication with clients, parents, caregivers, legal guardians, and families

- Maintain accurate and detailed medical documentation

- Other related duties as required

*Skills:*

- Experience working with children, especially those with developmental disabilities

- Knowledge of medical terminology related to behavioral health

- Proficiency in applied behavior analysis principles

- Strong data collection and analysis skills

- Familiarity with special education practices

- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism spectrum disorder

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

*Qualifications and Education*

*Required:*

- A valid certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board or a valid Licensed Applied Behavior Analyst (LABA) license

*Preferred:*

- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Education, Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Speech and Language Pathology, or another related field

- Experience working with children ages 0-21 providing one-to-one in-home or center-based ABA treatment services; experience implementing the principles, methods, and procedures of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA); Special Education; Speech and Language Therapy; or other Allied Mental Health and Human Services experience

- Safety Care trained, CPR trained, First Aid trained

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
