We are currently seeking highly skilled and experienced BCBA contractors to join our team.
*Responsibilities:*
* Conduct assessments to identify individual needs and develop comprehensive behavior intervention plans* Provide direct behavior analysis services and support to clients and their families* Implement behavior reduction and skill acquisition programs* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and effective care* Train and supervise behavior technicians and other staff members* Collect and analyze data to measure progress and make data-driven decisions* Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop behavior support plans* Stay updated on the latest research and best practices in the field of applied behavior analysis (ABA)
Qualifications:
* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification* Master's degree in applied behavior analysis, psychology, or a related field* Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and other developmental disabilities* Strong knowledge of ABA principles and methodologies* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills* Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently* Fluency with Central Reach
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $65.00 - $75.00 per hour
