Jira/Confluence Administrator to
join our team!Responsibilities:Design, configure, and maintain sites, spaces, projects, workflows, and issue types within Jira/ConfluenceGather requirements and develop tailored dashboards for reporting, tracking, and service enhancementMaintain and adhere to application administration best practicesAnalyze, research, manage, and implement other integrated Atlassian tools, plug-ins, and applicationsFacilitate/present Jira and Confluence user trainingTrack, consolidate, and update project(s)/task(s), across multiple teams, and provide status updatesProvide guidance on workflow optimization and overarching project/task management practicesCollaborate with systems engineers/administrators to implement platform changes and updates, and incorporate data transfers and automated workflows and API calls to/from Jira/ConfluenceProfessional Experience and Skills:Experience creating, configuring, managing, maintaining, and administering Jira/Confluence environments, sites, spaces, projects, workflows, and issue typesExcellent organizational skills to meet tight deadlines and manage complex project requirements efficientlyExperience in technical writingEducation and Years
of Experience:Minimum
