You'll also provide comprehensive HR support to a designated client group in recruitment and retention of critical talent, continuous performance coaching and management, problem identification and resolution, and development for more effective leadership decision and communication skills. Human Resources Generalist experience 5+ yearsEducation:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field or equivalent experienceTechnical skills:

PC skills and MS Office skills. Knowledge of local, state and federal employment laws and procedures. Knowledge of recruitment trends and technologies. Knowledge of state and federal wage and hour laws. Knowledge of staffing and employment practices. Knowledge of employee relations procedures and applicable lawSkills:

Ability to read, write, speak and understand English.
