Primary Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments.Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' specific communication needs.Provide speech-language therapy services in both individual and group settings.Maintain detailed and accurate records of student progress and therapy interventions.Collaborate effectively with educators, parents, and colleagues to enhance student outcomes.Actively participate in IEP meetings, providing valuable insights into speech and language needs.Stay current with the latest research and best practices in speech-language pathology.
Qualifications:
Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology.Valid New Jersey state license or certification in Speech-Language Pathology.Experience working with school-aged children is beneficial but not required.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to maintain accurate records and meet deadlines.
Additional Information:
This is a full-time position, requiring 37.5 hours per week.The caseload includes students across various grade levels.Interviews are currently being conducted.
