The Las Vegas Global Economic Alliance (LVGEA) is seeking to hire a

Data Analyst

to support the organization's lead generation, marketing, and business development efforts. This role will be essential in tracking and measuring the effectiveness of lead generation and brand reputation growth strategies across various channels, using data analysis and data visualization tools such as

HubSpot, Tableau, Zoom Info, Google Looker Studio, SEMRush,

and other related platforms to:Track

pipeline growth.Optimize

sales funnel efficiency.Pinpoint

customer acquisition costs.Identify

the most effective sales acquisition and brand reputation growth activities.The

Data Analyst

will advance research projects and initiatives in alignment with LVGEA goals, delivering measurement reports to the agency's Leadership Team on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Through ongoing data analysis and visualization, this individual will track the agency's success at generating new business leads, facilitating company assists, and fostering effective engagement and reputation improvement with key in-market and out-of-market stakeholders.The Data Analyst will help LVGEA measure sales and marketing efficacy by tracking the agency's ability to generate net-new leads from securing referrals, attending in-market and out-of-market events, initiating proactive research initiatives to identify prospect companies in target industry verticals, and through the piloting of marketing acquisition campaigns that engage out-of-market prospects online and offline. The individual will be responsible for aligning agency research initiatives with the SVP of Marketing & Sales Strategy, to ensure research initiatives align with organizational goals and can serve as a value add to municipal partners. The Data Analyst will leverage AI tools to accelerate the identification and pursuit of high-value prospects at scale, overseeing a process to efficiently prepare briefing booklets and generate top-of-the-funnel prospect engagement recommendations. This individual will play a key role in ensuring the success of the agency's lead-generation efforts and reputation-building activities.Key Responsibilities:Lead Tracking & Reporting:

Track, manage, and use data visualization to communicate status and efficacy of lead generation efforts across multiple channels, utilizing tools like HubSpot to track and analyze performance. Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports for business development and marketing functions, tracking key success metrics.Efficiency Analysis:

Lead studies to analyze customer acquisition costs, evaluate the effectiveness of different lead generation channels, and identify the best-performing acquisition strategies for the agency. Make recommendations on how to optimize sales and marketing efficacy.Brand Storytelling:

Partner with Leadership Team to activate quarterly or semi-annual research studies to deepen understanding of regional assets and competitiveness, resulting in the creation of original white papers and/or compelling infographics that support strategic brand storytelling efforts for the region.Research & Market Insights:

Oversee research efforts to identify high-value prospects using AI platforms and other leading-edge tools to increase the agency's effectiveness at driving business attraction. Uncover and present insights into emerging industries, high-growth markets, and regional trends - both within and beyond agency's target industry verticals.CRM Management:

Be responsible for overseeing data input, organization, and the management of the CRM (HubSpot) database, ensuring the quality and accuracy of information tracked; using dashboards to unify data measurement efforts across business development, marketing, and investor relations.Channel & Campaign Analysis:

Analyze the efficacy of all lead generation channels, including conferences, direct referrals, proactive research, and marketing campaigns. Ensure data-driven decisions guide marketing and business development strategies.Collaboration with Teams:

Work closely with the business development and marketing teams to align on performance metrics, set goals, and optimize strategies to improve lead generation outcomes.Ensure Data Compliance:
