$50-65/hr W2Job Description:Coordinate and manage IAM project activities, focusing on design, build, and deployment.Overhaul the Active Directory delegation model, including permissions and access review.Collaborate with IT teams in the Americas to ensure smooth communication and project execution.Drive project timelines and ensure deadlines are met.Utilize technical skills to provide insights and solutions related to IAM technologies.Document meetings, write synthetic minutes, and track project progress.Requirements:Experience: 5+ years in IT coordination or project management, specifically in IAM.Technical Skills:Proficient in Active Directory and Azure Entra ID, including:Understanding permissions, objects, GPOsRunning PowerShell commands/scripts for reportsFamiliarity with conditional access policies, SSO setup, and MFAStrong proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel for data manipulation and reporting.Soft Skills:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to influence and negotiate effectively.Strong organizational skills with a proactive and growth-oriented mindset.Nice to Haves:Experience with Service Now for ticketing.Knowledge of additional languages, such as Spanish.Familiarity with large, international, and distributed organizations.
