Photo Art Director

They will be required to execute on-set photo direction for product shots, aspirational and lifestyle images and to develop creative concepts for campaigns.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESExceptional creative thinking and excellent photo art direction skillsAbility to successfully lead and give clear direction to stylists and photographersAbility to multi-task several teams and projects against brand goals and deadlines.Ability to collaborate with internal and external teams to develop successful workflowsHighly evolved sense of composition, taste level and trend awarenessAbility to translate style guidelines for individual brands and channels through lighting, styling and proppingKnowledge of Food Group brands, merchandise categories and individual giftsEDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEBA/BFA in photography, graphic design, advertising or related fieldStrong conceptual and photo art direction skills5+ years experience with an in-house photo/design group or design/advertising agency or related experience.Proficient in Mac OS and Adobe Creative Suite design software: Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator. Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.A high energy team player that has the ability to successfully lead and motivate others and enjoys being a part of a team.Able to work quickly and accurately in a challenging, fast paced environment while meeting short deadlines. Strong organizational skills.Ability to maintain open communication and build trust with co-workers and superiors, as well as working across multiple production platforms for organizing, scheduling, and producing photography.
