As the Vice President, you will play a crucial role in driving organizational growth, improving operational efficiencies, and promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the company.Responsibilities:Learning and Development:Develop and implement a comprehensive learning and development strategy for PDS dedicated account employees to enhance the knowledge, skills, and competencies of employees across all PDS accounts.Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and initiatives for PDS account leaders.Support training programs, workshops, and initiatives for all PDS dedicated account employees.Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop curriculum and content for onboarding, leadership development, technical training, and professional growth.Ensure effective metrics are in place to measure the impact and effectiveness of learning initiatives.Human Resources:Participate in PDS dedicated account talent calibration exercises and succession planning. Develop framework and strategy to ensure effective calibration across a diverse set of accounts and employees.Support PDS account lead recruiting and onboarding.Develop framework for tracking and execute on actions and initiatives from JLL’s annual employee engagement survey.Support implementation of change management strategies developed by the PDS platform or as required due to organizational change.MarketingSupport planning and execution of PDS dedicated account client events including follow up reporting and action tracking.Support collection and dissemination of PDS dedicated account knowledge including bios, case studies, client success stories, etc.Business OperationsParticipate in and conduct analysis on PDS dedicated account financial reports. Partner with existing PDS industries leadership team to drive actions based on financial outcomes.Support client solutioning across PDS industries to ensure best outcomes for client needs.Support and lead cross-selling initiatives between PDS services and industries organizations.Develop standard operating procedures for the operations platform within the PDS dedicated account structure.Develop framework and strategy for assessing and updating commercial governance including participation in regular commercial review meetings.Partner with PDS industry leaders across PDS and Work Dynamics to drive towards optimal business enablement for PDS dedicated account teams.CommunicationsDevelop framework and drive execution of communications to PDS dedicated account employees including Town Halls, email distributions, employee recognition, and sharing of best practices/innovations.Develop framework and strategy for supporting Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR’s) for strategic PDS dedicated accounts.Business Intelligence:Develop and execute a business intelligence strategy to support data-driven decision-making throughout the organization.Support management and achievement of PDS dedicated account key performance indicators (KPIs) and implement systems and processes to monitor and analyze business performance.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements, gather insights, and drive actionable insights to improve business outcomes including financial and HR data.Stay updated on industry trends and technologies to continually enhance the organization's business intelligence capabilities.Risk & Safety:Support implementation and reporting of PDS’ project review process.Develop and implement a PDS dedicated account audit strategy and scorecard, ensuring compliance with relevant JLL policies, regulations, and best practices.Identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks across various business functions.Collaborate with internal stakeholders to establish and implement safety programs, policies, and practices.Ensure appropriate crisis management plans are in place to mitigate risks and minimize the impact of potential incidents.Develop schedule for and execute on executive site visits to strategic PDS dedicated accounts.  Develop strategy for tracking active contracts and contract abstracts.Process Optimization:Lead process optimization initiatives (i.e. transformations) to streamline workflows, enhance operational efficiency, and reduce costs for PDS dedicated account teams.Analyze existing processes, identify improvement opportunities, and implement standardized methodologies.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvement projects and ensure successful implementation.Establish metrics to track process performance and evaluate the effectiveness of optimization efforts.Technology:Collaborate with IT leaders to develop and execute a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.Evaluate and implement technology solutions that enhance business processes, data management, operational efficiency, and customer experiences.Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies that have the potential to transform the organization's operations.Stay informed about industry trends and advancements to recommend innovative technology solutions.Requirements:Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; advanced degree preferred.Proven experience in leadership roles overseeing learning and development, business intelligence, risk & safety, process optimization, and technology functions.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex information and drive data-driven decisions.Excellent communication and presentation skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.Proven track record of effectively managing cross-functional teams and driving change management initiatives.Solid understanding of industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in learning and development, business intelligence, risk & safety, process optimization, and technology.Some travel will be required.Join our team and contribute to our company's growth by spearheading the integration of learning and development, business intelligence, risk & safety, process optimization, and technology initiatives.Estimated total compensation for this position:145,000.00 – 185,000.00 USD per yearThe total compensation range is an estimate and not guaranteed.
