Lead Workday PATT Consultant

Title: Lead Workday PATT Consultant Location: Remote (Must be in Central or Eastern Time Zones) 50% travel across the US Duration: Contract-to-Hire Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US. Key Points: Candidates MUST have strong experience in hands-on technical configuration for payroll, absence and time tracking within Workday This position is remote, but will involve up to 50% travel, roughly 7-10 business days a month Overview: We are seeking a Lead Workday Consultant with a strong background in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking (PATT) to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess hands-on technical configuration experience on the backend of Workday, specializing in the setup and optimization of key components like earnings codes, absence plans, and time tracking systems. This role involves close collaboration with payroll and HR teams, offering both technical expertise and strategic advice. Key Responsibilities: Configure and maintain Workday Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking modules Manage earnings codes, absence plans, time tracking setups, time tags, and templates Provide technical support and best practices for Workday configuration Advise payroll and HR teams on Workday PATT functionalities and improvements Ensure compliance with payroll policies and time tracking requirements Lead configuration projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business needs Qualifications: 3 years of hands-on technical configuration experience in Workday, specifically in Payroll, Absence, and Time Tracking Expertise in configuring earnings codes, absence plans, time tracking, time tags, and templates Strong understanding of backend Workday configurations Ability to collaborate with and advise HR and payroll teams Workday Pro certification in relevant modules is highly preferred Preferred Skills: Problem-solving abilities with a focus on optimizing payroll and time tracking processes Excellent communication and leadership skills Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders Our benefits package includes: Comprehensive medical benefits Competitive pay, 401(k) Retirement plan …and much more About INSPYR Solutions: Technology is our focus and quality is our commitment.
